Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
CardBaseHQ (cardbasehq.com) is operated by TCP Global LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information you give us
Show submissions. When you submit a card show, we store the show name, the source link you provide, optional contact details, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used to prevent spam). Sponsor bids. When you submit a sponsor bid, we store your company, contact name, email, website, the slots you are interested in, your offer, start date, duration, notes, and a hashed IP address.
This information is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). We use it only to review submissions and bids and to contact you about them. We do not sell or rent it. To ask us to delete your submission, email [email protected].
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and request logs to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and provide aggregate traffic statistics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

CardBaseHQ itself does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Third parties described above (Cloudflare, affiliate networks, and any future ad networks) may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or use the opt-out links above. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.
Children's privacy
CardBaseHQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
